We are thrilled!
Our exhibition "KEEP IT REAL – Original Streetart in der Kapelle" features several iconic works by Blek le Rat – one of the true pioneers of street art.
Often referred to as the “Father of Stencil Art,” Blek le Rat began painting the walls of Paris in the early 1980s, using stencils to deliver powerful, political, and poetic messages. His work laid the foundation for the global street art movement – and inspired countless artists, including Banksy, who has openly acknowledged Blek as a major influence.
Thanks to the generosity of important private collectors, we are proud to present some of his most striking and rarely shown pieces right here in the Kapelle in Herbolzheim.
A heartfelt thank you to all collectors who entrusted us with these works and made this unique presentation possible!
