This one's for the muralists out there...I just got asked to paint over a previous mural I painted in Miami that's been sealed with an anti-UV/anti-graff coating. Being that this coating is meant to resist painting over, does anyone have experience buffing over this kind of top coat? I believe the coating they used was a quick-dry water based formula. Any advice would be hugely appreciated, thanks y'all.
