Took the bike out for a Lil ride, came across these.

I’m from long island, and around where my girlfriend lives there are designs like this on the sidewalk. She’s only found two of them, but when I looked it up I found pictures of the same design yet I can’t find any info on it. I think it’d be cool if I could find the stencil and maybe spray paint it somewhere that’s important to us, if anyone could help me find it I’d be very appreciative
