The city of Moreno Valley, 60 miles east of LA, just approved several murals and paid the artists about $20,000 each to do them for several of its buildings and parks. Together it was more than $100,000 worth of projects. All of them used the applications to do it. There's been a few grants as well.

If you're a muralist or artist, select a park restroom, utility box wrap, or wall on one of the other buildings and apply for it. Demand more than $10,000 like the others did in my opinion.

They're looking for artists outside of the area because they can't get people to do much locally.
