I'm working with someone who wants me to design a mural and have someones else paint it. I've never done something like that before, and they seem extremely frugal. I know they're being paid several thousand dollars for this mural and offered to pay me only 100$ for the design ...
How should I go about explaining that isn't an acceptable value, especially when they basically will be using the design to make a lot a large profit.
Is this even common?
I’m hoping for find legal walls or businesses that sell mural space to host a politically driven stencil piece I have. See link for images. Any help is appreciated!
I’m in central Ohio but I’ll travel for the opportunity.
Hi, this was gifted to me around 2016 in a uk gallery i worked in. Anyone know who the artist is? Thanks! [link] [comments] |
I want to do a large glue-up collage on a building with composite-siding (cinder block underneath).
If I use wheat paste for my adhesive, can it be power-washed off successfully after 2-3 months without destroying the siding? If something only needed to stay up for 1-4 weeks, what adhesive would you go with?
It’s not a permanent installation unfortunately, so I have to troubleshoot removal…
