Newb question - any sense in painting an interior mural with wall paint (vs Acrylics)?

I want to paint a mural on an indoors wall of a coffee shop. I'm very specific about the colour palette I want to use, and I'm not 100% comfortable I can mix the paints to get the exact nuances. Would it make sense to use a wall paint brand and ask them to mix it for me? Any tips? Thank you!
