So ive been wheat pasting large posters on already covered walls of artwork aka, graffiti, wheat pastes I heard vandal squad counts In everyone in a file who's work is out there until they are prolific enough to put a warrant on them but even if im just wheat pasting on already tackled walls would this be a big issue????
