Apologies if this isn't the right place for a post like this. I have a ground floor wall on a building that is about 8 feet high by 40+ wide. I have no idea how it hasn't been tagged. The wall is located in Brooklyn, NY.

What's the best way to find a street artist to paint something on the wall?

I can pay but my budget isn't large and I have no concept if street artists do this for free or if it costs thousands of dollars.
